Anderson Adams Support Team
Anderson Adams has a superb support team of experienced law clerks. They support our lawyers and they support you, our clients, in every aspect of the work we do for you. We’re proud to say that several of our clerks have worked with us for over 25 years.
Reception/Real Estate Clerk
Melissa Dubois is a graduate of the Georgian College law clerk program and joined Anderson Adams in May 2019.
With her strong references, her solid background in customer service and her genuine interest in real estate law, Melissa has quickly fit right into the Anderson Adams team. She is the friendly calm person you'll hear on the phone or encounter greeting you at our front desk.
Real Estate Clerk
Effective May 2019, Laura Leach has stepped forward into our lead real estate clerk position. Whether you're buying or selling your home or it's a commercial real estate transaction, at Anderson Adams we never forget how important this deal is to you: financially, of course, but also with respect to your peace of mind. Laura has all the real estate skills and experience you need. With her calm, friendly and unflappable manner you can count on Laura to do everything possible so your deal will close smoothly.
Laura joined Anderson Adams in 2014 with well over a decade of solid experience in real estate transactions, including purchases, sales and refinancing. We’ve been grateful for Laura’s assistance in providing great service to all our real estate clients and we’re delighted she’s taken on front-line responsibility. You’ll benefit from Laura’s ability to create the strong working relationships with other real estate firms that are so necessary to get the job done.
Estates Administration Clerk
Tonya Hamilton, a Niagara College graduate, has worked with us in many different capacities but now focuses her support primarily in our estates administration practice. Her meticulous attention to detail and comfort with numbers is matched by her compassionate concern and kindliness. She will help you step by step in your role as estate executor through probating the will and passing of accounts as necessary, never forgetting that many of you are taking on these duties while experiencing loss and grief.
Family and Civil Litigation Clerk
Donna Neal, another Georgian College graduate, has also assumed many roles since she first joined us as a high school co-op student. After ably assisting in real estate she returned to work with us in our family and civil litigation practice. She recognizes that litigation is inherently stressful for you because it’s often adversarial. She helps clients amass the necessary financial disclosure and other documentation necessary to make out your case. Her wealth of connections in the community and her excellent rapport with court services personnel all help our practice run smoothly.
Julie Rhodes runs our office. As a client, your most likely contact with her would be with respect to an account inquiry. She’s the person responsible for ensuring that our computers keep humming and that our supplies are ordered so that our office functions.
